Was given the runaround the whole time while trying to purchase the vehicle… Management repeatedly told me they Management repeatedly assured me that they were contacting me, but I never received any phone calls. I was also informed that the car I saw online was available, but in fact, it had been sold less than 12 hours after my inquiry. This was not a very professional experience at all.

I gave four stars because of the person who worked on the car did the job great is did a great job, if not they would’ve gotten no stars, Besides that im very disappointed with the price I was charged for front breaks, pads, rotors and rears plus labor. WAY WAY OVER PRICE! On top of that as a long time customer not even a courtesy discount or discounts were offer to me whatsoever. I think this will be my last time taking my vehicle for service here after many reviews that I have provided and countless times I’ve been here for service. I learned my lesson.

Friendly staff, clean service department. However, what is the purpose of making an appointment if the dealership/ service department NEVER honors it. This is a first come, first serve business giving the delusion of an appointment. Had an 8am appointment(was told I'll be in and out for my inspection), there were about 10 cars in front of me. The service department opened at 8am. Were we all given an 8am appointment? I waited nearly an hour before my car was even taken. Then waited another hour/ hour and a half for the inspection.

I am always treated fairly and respectfully by Kathy Questel, who guides me through the complexities of car repair. She has a very upbeat personality and soothes out any hard news about repairs. Kathy is a keeper. The repair on my Terrain was replacement of the brake pads and rotors. Small stones were embedded in the pads and were scraping the rotors. The service concierge, Marlin Mangroo, who was teriffic, gave me alternatives for repair or replacement and the PROS and CONS of each choice. Everything was transparent and he answered all of my questions candidly. I chose to replace all the pads and rotors. The brakes were slightly mushy so I returned the next day to have the brake lines bled, without any fuss. They made them feel just like the old ones, ready to stop on a dime. He was so concerned about my driving that he offered suggestions for a replacement when I decide to sell and sent a car for me to preview the new 2026 Terrains and Buicks. The new showroom is amazing but that is another review in itself. Just be prepared to be wowed! It is like visiting a car showroom on Rodeo Drive in California. Just AMAZING! That's what I like about your service dealership. You go beyond the basics and treat customers like family, guiding them (not necessarily to the most expensive repair) to choose a "fix" that fits their budget, safety requirements, and driver riding style. I am also impressed with the waiting lounge, it is ultra clean and modern and offers free water, coffee, and lots of outlets and wifi to do your business work while you wait. I'm not a fan of driving down Queens Blvd. to get to the shop with all of its potholes and crazy drivers, but once I turn into the repair shop, I feel relaxed and that I am in good hands with experts who make a difference.
