I am always treated fairly and respectfully by Kathy Questel, who guides me through the complexities of car repair. She has a very upbeat personality and soothes out any hard news about repairs. Kathy is a keeper. The repair on my Terrain was replacement of the brake pads and rotors. Small stones were embedded in the pads and were scraping the rotors. The service concierge, Marlin Mangroo, who was teriffic, gave me alternatives for repair or replacement and the PROS and CONS of each choice. Everything was transparent and he answered all of my questions candidly. I chose to replace all the pads and rotors. The brakes were slightly mushy so I returned the next day to have the brake lines bled, without any fuss. They made them feel just like the old ones, ready to stop on a dime. He was so concerned about my driving that he offered suggestions for a replacement when I decide to sell and sent a car for me to preview the new 2026 Terrains and Buicks. The new showroom is amazing but that is another review in itself. Just be prepared to be wowed! It is like visiting a car showroom on Rodeo Drive in California. Just AMAZING! That's what I like about your service dealership. You go beyond the basics and treat customers like family, guiding them (not necessarily to the most expensive repair) to choose a "fix" that fits their budget, safety requirements, and driver riding style. I am also impressed with the waiting lounge, it is ultra clean and modern and offers free water, coffee, and lots of outlets and wifi to do your business work while you wait. I'm not a fan of driving down Queens Blvd. to get to the shop with all of its potholes and crazy drivers, but once I turn into the repair shop, I feel relaxed and that I am in good hands with experts who make a difference.

Fix was well-executed at an affordable price. Friendly staff as well and nice facility.

Kathy Questell did an excellent job in arranging for an air bag recall from Buick. She requested the replacement and it was completed in less than an hour.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Empire Buick GMC Cadillac of Long Island City. From order to delivery of my 2026 Yukon XL, Mr. Alexander Asimakopoulos communicated clearly, set realistic expectations, and hit every milestone. Paperwork was smooth, timing was much faster than expected, and the vehicle was delivered exactly as spec’d. This is how car buying should feel—professional, responsive, and trustworthy.

Friendly staff, clean service department. However, what is the purpose of making an appointment if the dealership/ service department NEVER honors it. This is a first come, first serve business giving the delusion of an appointment. Had an 8am appointment(was told I'll be in and out for my inspection), there were about 10 cars in front of me. The service department opened at 8am. Were we all given an 8am appointment? I waited nearly an hour before my car was even taken. Then waited another hour/ hour and a half for the inspection.

I was treated like royalty! Edina music the salesperson was excellent! She got us the car we wanted she is very professional and an expert in her job the transition was smooth ! Edina explained step by step how our trade in was going to be! Edina music is has excellent costumer service skills. She made us feel comfortable and very welcome! I never had such a wonderful car dealer experience and we’ve been with gmc for over 20 years! Edina music is the best you’ll get ! She explained all the car features to us she’s a top notch salesperson! Let’s give Edina 5 stars for her hard work and dedication! We love you 😍 Edina keep up the good work! You are the best!!!!

I was greeted as soon as I arrived. The agent was very professional polite everything that was explained to me as well as the cost. Everything was fine. The agent was fantastic.

The service rep was very nice and helpful. This was the first time Daniel helped me. I was happy with him. I am not happy with the surcharge when using a credit card. It has been on long enough.

I went to have scheduled maintenance performed on my car. The waiting area was very comfortable and had many areas to wait for the return of your car. It was a long process due to the amount of people there, but it was not as horrible as I thought it would be. Refreshments were provided while I waited and that was a definite plus.

The service was reasonably fast, but be sure to check your instrument panel. The service department tends to forget to do things. Also again I am forced to wait for a piece that they didn't have. This is the second time they did this. Good thing I had coupons. The dealership is so expensive! Other than the, the experience was good.

Well when I got there for my 9 AM appointment, I found out everyone was at a meeting. Needless to say I was quite upset. When I was finally greeted by Edwin H. Chauca and I expressed how upset I was he immediately took great care of me. Everything wen smoothly after that. I have been coming to your service since I bought the car in 2014. I am very satisfied with your work. But I just had to express how upset I was when i got ther.

I’m a girl with a very busy life so dropping my car off at a service place comes with a lot of trust they aren’t taking advantage of someone who has no idea about cars. The staff was so kind and also very patient in scheduling drop off and pick up that met my needs. Cars running great and looks great on the inside too.

For instance, Rockville Center doesn’t seem to have the massive technicians that you guys have. Overall, the service was good. The person who attended was very professional very nice. Really cool service. I must admit I was a little disappointed though. I had a special coupon where a tire rotation as well as the oil change was included in the price. The young lady said that special offer/deal was on Saturdays only. I couldn't bring the car on Saturdays, because I was working that day. I wish could tell why this deal is Saturdays only. Overall, good visit.

Good morning i was happy about the oil change, and how fast the service was but I was not happy when it was time to check out and pay the bill. I received an email that the oil change would be $81.66 and it was not granted or accepted i also showed it on my phone before paying. And still wasn't accepted..The bill came to $144.20

They make me wait for 6 hours only for change oil and install door handle This is not first time Every time they make me wait for minimum 3 to 4 hours just for changing oil I always be there early before 7:30 AM and I always be the first car in line I really don’t like to go there anymore definitely I will change them

Not good at all! My car was in your shop for a week 1/2 with water damage! Took you guys 8 days To check my car! Without a loaner car! Got my car back smelling like wet laundry! So definitely a Bad experience!
